Return and Refund Policy
This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return: You have the day the product arrives to send a notice and image of the damaged product in order to receive a return and sent a replacement.
- State of return: Stickers can only be returned if they were delivered damaged somehow, that way a replacement can be sent.
- Reason for return: Returns can also be initiated if the wrong product was somehow sent
- Process for return: In order to get a return one needs to send an email to mizdarknez3@mizdarknezz.online with a photo of the damaged/wrong product and their information of delivery date. The rest will be handled in emails.
- Process of refund: Refunds can be done through PayPal I believe. If not and you really need the three dollars back send an email and I will see what I can do manually if the sticker hasn't already been shipped. Once a sticker is sent out there is no refunds unless there's a return for the aforementioned reasons.
